Art is a great means of communication that allows children to convey their emotions frankly and beautifully; Gorilla Art & Craft guides students to earn a sense of achievement and confidence through respecting their individualities and freely expressing them. Our classes do not merely teach artistic techniques, but further focuses on helping students discover and develop their creativity and artistic passions.

Creativity Technique
Let's get 3-D!

Children’s creative thoughts come from their daily experiences. Everything that they encounter in their everyday lives and in the world are subject to their curiosity.
This class is designed to develop creative ideas based on individual experience and infinite imagination and express them in three-dimensional shapes, so that the children can expand their imagination.We explore the subtractive method with oil-based clay and the additive method using papier-mâché, wire and other materials. Students are given the creative freedom to design and construct architectural structures, figurines, animals, instruments, masks, furniture, mobiles, and other objects.

Creativity

This is a fun and simple art class for 4 year olds that are starting their art education.
The experiences of successful projects based on children’s experiences, intellectual curiosity, and rich imagination help them regulate their thoughts and actions and develop them into positive, self-directed children.
Remember, the first, second, and third points of this class are all FUN art! Children will be able to explore various art media and creative skills to have fun with art.
This program places emphasis on the process of art creation, rather than merely the end result.

Ages 5 ~ 10

Creativity Technique

This class aims to provide a balanced art education by focusing on drawing out the creativity of individual students and teaching simple art techniques. Students are able to learn and experiment with unique techniques associated with each art mediums—including, but not limited to, oil pastel, watercolor, charcoal, acrylic paint, soft pastel, color pencil, and marker—and tackle various topics and projects by level.

Ages 11 ~ 16

Creativity Technique

This class teaches techniques step by step to help students advance their artistic skills. Students will also develop their expressiveness through forming ideas, organizing their observations, and making analysis. The curriculum instructs students through the basics and methods of drawing, as well as introducing various art mediums, thereby allowing students to master the foundations of art. The course focuses on making the techniques-centered art education less intimidating and instead more enjoyable. It aims to later bringing individual students to the point where they can fill up their own portfolios.

Digital Art / Ages 10 & Up

Creativity Technique

* The students are required to prepare a iPad, Apple Pencil, Procreate iPad app.

Explore digital art using an iPad and Procreate! Students will learn that digital drawing is actually not as difficult as it seems, and instead learn to take advantage of the aspects that only a digital drawing can have. As students continue to learn and practice the basics with this course, they will soon be able to develop their own illustrations. Those who are interested in web comics or illustrations will find this class especially helpful. 
New artworks are randomly chosen from either Cartoon Characters, Landscape Drawings, or Observational Drawings, for every cycle; feel free to continue on to the next cycle or to newly join!
